Features

Purpose and Performance It can be used for rapid and accurate qualitative and quantitative analysis of elements and industrial indicators in coal. It can realize rapid quantitative analysis of elements such as Ca, Mg, Fe, Al, Ti, Si, Na, K and industrial indicators such as volatile matter, total moisture, calorific value, ash, total sulfur and hydrogen.
High-energy pulsed nanosecond Nd:YAG Q-switched laser Imported military grade nanosecond Nd:YAG Q-switched laser, wavelength 1064 nm, 20 Hz, maximum pulse energy 120 mJ, energy stability < 2%, laser energy continuously adjustable.
Integrated Multichannel Spectrometer Imported multi-channel CT structure spectrometer and optical fiber can detect 200-900 nm, the average spectral resolution is 0.05-0.22 nm, 16-bit AD conversion, conversion frequency MHz, with normalization and background correction functions, plug-and-play USB 3.0 interface data transmission.
System Optical Path Module The optical path module of the system collimates and focuses the laser on the surface of the sample to excite the plasma. The plasma light is collected and coupled into the optical fiber to transmit to the spectrometer.
Optical Path Protection System The dust contamination of light path and equipment of the system is prevented by blowing protective gas, air curtain and dust-proof lens.
Control and Spectrum Analysis Software Controllable laser output, spectral acquisition and data processing, with a standard database of elemental characteristic spectral lines, can be used for qualitative and quantitative analysis of the spectrum.
