At present, most of motors, gearboxes and roller bearings are monitored by infrared radiation. There are no mature standards to guide them in judging oil shortage and other faults, and it is difficult to judge the early faults of equipment. The most scientific way is through the vibration signal and analysis of oil shortage, ball loss of circular tooth surface wear and tear, etc. The system will send the vibration and temperature sensor signals to the local CRAE1000 intelligent processor, to achieve in-situ fault diagnosis and equipment management.

1. Vibration and temperature sensors are used to collect and transmit vibration signals of bearings and gears.
2. CRAE1000 Intelligent Processor sets the measuring path of the data collector and uploads and recovers the measured data and waveforms.
3. CRAE1000 intelligent processor is used to analyze the collected data and diagnose the fault of bearings and gears. It can judge the running status (normal or fault) of rolling bearings and gears, and determine the location and degree of fault of rolling bearings.
