The computerized visual management system of metering in coal bunker is to judge the switching signal installed on each bunker by receiving the data of electronic belt scale installed on the coal conveying belt of the coal bunker into the furnace. By programming and scientific calculation, the material input of each bunker can be calculated more accurately, and the material quantity of multiple bunkers can be measured by an electronic scale. The system solves the problem of accurate measurement of coal in large, medium and small power plants. It provides a scientific basis for realizing positive balance calculation, saving energy and reducing consumption, and checking leaks and filling gaps in the power industry. When a bunker is fed, its corresponding plough will drop, trigger the corresponding proximity switch I/O board, which is received by the computer. The computer continuously monitors the corresponding plough and proximity switch state of the bunker being fed. When the plough is lifted and the proximity switch is disconnected, the software inside the computer will measure the coal volume of the bunker and store and accumulate the calculation.
