Composition of Micron-scale Dry Fog and Dust Suppression System
Modular design technology is adopted in the micron-scale dry fog dust suppression device. It consists of micron level dry fog dust suppression machine, sprayer, air compressor, gas storage tank, water vapour distributor, water gas connection pipeline, electric heat tracing system and automatic control circuit.
◆ Micron Dry Fog Dust Suppressor
The micron level dry fog dust suppression machine is to filter the gas and water, and control the opening or closing of the solenoid valve according to the switch program by setting the air pressure, water pressure, gas flow rate and water flow rate. It consists of electronic control system, multi-function control system and flow control system.
◆ Cardan joint assembly /sprayer
Receive the air and water from the mist dryer and convert them into droplets with diameter of 1-10 M. Spray them out to dust suppression point according to the control command of the mist dryer. When the dry fog contacts and collides with the dust particles, the dust particles will cohere and coagulate with each other, and settle under the action of their own gravity, so as to achieve the function of dust suppression.
◆ Air Compressor
Air compressor is used to provide standard air source for dry fog dust suppression device.
◆ Gas storage tank
When the exhaust volume of air compressor can not meet the requirement of instantaneous exhaust volume of dry fog machine, the compressed air discharged by air compressor is stored first to meet the instantaneous exhaust volume of dry fog machine.
◆ Water-air connection pipeline
Connect air compressor, gas holder, dry mist machine, sprayer, water source and other stainless steel pipes with different diameters according to requirements.
◆ Electric tracing system
The electric tracing system is distributed on the dry fog machine, sprayer and water and gas pipeline, and when the ambient temperature is below +5 C.
◆ Automatic Control Circuit
In order to realize automatic control, the control signal of field equipment is connected with the fog dryer.
